It's a love meme!

Because November is hard for lots of us, and in particular is something I find hard (my not-quite-month of mourning begins tomorrow, officially); because it's spring in the southern hemisphere and the days just keep getting shorter in the northern; because I talked to my counsellor yesterday about all of the shapes and forms that value takes.

This post will close to new nominations at the end of the month (because November), though I'll keep unscreening comments after that point if any new ones do come in.

(She/her is what most people use for me and I'm OK with that, but I'm OK with any other pronouns as well. It's complicated, but not fraught. Which is nice, because then nobody needs to worry about getting it wrong.)

Your art focuses my days to the point that I can bear them, and gives me the strength so to do. You model compassion in ways I aspire to. You are so astonishingly generous with your time and with the beauty in your life (and with its sadnesses), and I love your storytelling.
