If you're not already familiar with [ucpipbill.co.uk])(https://www.ucpipbill.co.uk/), it's very worth keeping an eye on -- it hosts comprehensive briefings on behalf of ten organisations who are collaborating to raise concerns about the bill, including as ongoing changes are made. (Those organisations are Scope, the Trussell Trust, Mind, citizens advice, sense, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation, the New Economics Foundation, the Child Poverty Action Group, Z2K, and turn2us.) These responses are not updating in realtime but they do look to be both considered and comprehensive (I confess I've not been up to reading them in detail) and I at least am pretty comfortable going "these people. listen to these people's concerns. I am too disabled to usefully articulate all of my policy WHAT THE FUCK especially at the rate things keep changing, so these people? these people speak for me." Repeated as required.
Separately, Mind have a bare-bones e-mail template. Scope have an explainer on what the bill actually contained at second reading, and another bare-bones e-mail template.
Benefits and Work have put together a specific guide to What to tell your MP before the third reading.
I am very tired.
