New rule

I'm not allowed to socialise with people with upper respiratory infections or colds or sore throats. Because it makes me miserable, for most of the last year it's ended up in tearsantibiotics, and I should Just Not.

Subsidiary new rule: when I get a cold, I am to up my oral steroid intake immediately, not wait until the infection's settled in my chest.

[Posting here in the vague hope that even if I'm crap at sticking to it, the rest of all y'all will shout at me if I look like flouting it...]
