... which I was already contemplating making this morning, but feel even more in need of now.

It is a list of Best Things About Being A Wheelchair User, to be added to as I go along.

1. Wearing shoes I can't walk in.
2. Never being without a seat on public transport.
3. Going downhill.
4. Wheelies.

Platonic Wife lends me clothes and shoes all the time, but she has shoes that are no use to me too, because I can't walk in them. Neither can she, but she only wears them when she's using her chair. :)

Oh goodness, I love being able to wear shoes I could never walk in. I have to watch it, though, now that I'm a scooter user. There is some walking involved, and then I get up and fall over.

I like being able to go running speed along the pavement with little effort involved. Don't miss many buses.
