(today's tada list is pretty damn impressive and includes "knocking my DLA application into shape" - I think I will be able to send it off at the beginning of next week, with plenty of time between now and then to dawdle over photocopying relevant medical paperwork, working out what my hobbies are, etc. and I made tasty lunch for the next couple of days at work, plus a bunch of other Stuff. So many thanks to everyone who cheerled <3)

We had half a squash, three carrots and a sad-and-lonely courgette that needed using up, so I chucked them in the oven to roast with olive oil + pepper + thyme; and while that was doing, I boiled up some quinoa (guilt-free and ethical by dint of having been bought over a decade go and simply not used yet >>), then added frozen peas.

If I had been feeling more enthusiastic while heading home last night I'd have picked up some goats' cheese to have with it, but I didn't, so I'll just get that with the next few days' stuff :-)
