from the ridiculous to the sublime
Jan. 17th, 2013 06:57 pmIt was somewhere in the vicinity of minus eight this morning when I left the house, late, in a tearing hurry, but the sky was blue and the sunlight was sharp and the trees were covered in frost.
This afternoon I printed out my Master's thesis and bound it. Tomorrow I'll hand it in. And - yes, I probably could improve it, still, but I don't think I want to, though we'll see how I feel in an hour or so. Mostly I just want to note that it wasn't very much more than a year ago that I thought I was more likely to die than to get here, to manage now. Yet here I am.
Thank you.
