brief technical grumble

For reasons I entirely fail to understand, my plotting package of choice - veusz - has started spitting out png exports that are 22.5MB each, instead of the ~100kB they've previously been, for no reason I can discern via superficial visual inspection. It is mildly inconvenient and I Sulk.
