kaberett- ROCKS. How many of them I actually manage to analyse is going to come down to how cooperative the vacuum leak is feeling, as mentioned yesterday, but in principle if all goes well I should be able to do them all and then some. Even the slightly-more-modest goal actually fits really pleasingly neatly in a Sensible Order and I Like It.
- Lots of ??? wandering back-and-forth in search of lunch today eventually landed me in the V&A café, where I discovered - by dint of lacking the executive function to have taken my lanyard off - that being a member of Imperial gets me 10% off throughout the museum, so my Very Expensive Lunch was nowhere near as bad as I'd been quietly dreading.
- We... have a new-to-us car. This is A Thing. I mention it largely because the second half of the registration is OTW, and it seems to me that many of you might enjoy going !!! at that.
- So many strawberry runners. One of them thoroughly rooted, and its tip off in search of New Adventures (I've provided it with A Suitable Surface but it may yet need more encouragement), and two more that I need to work out what on earth to do with. One of them I've tucked into a spare hole in the strawberry planter; the third I am probably going to put off thinking about until it's got a little longer still.
- Charity shop wins from Monday, where my victory was Getting Myself Out Of The House, At All: rupi kaur milk and honey for 50p, along with Another Gardening Book, and then from Elsewhere I achieved (1) a P!nk CD I didn't already have and (2) some Patrick Wolf for 99p each (I was not expecting to find Patrick Wolf in the BHF, but there we go).
