I continue revelling in resuming a diet that permits VEGETABLES.
Breakfast: dal (split red and yellow lentils; TINNED TOMATOES with SEEDS IN; allium), whole wheat paratha, yog
Lunch: SUPERFOOD SALAD NONSENSE (quinoa!!! cucumber!!! broccoli!!! edamame! peas! LINSEED AND SUNFLOWER SEED AND SESAME SEED), pear WITH SKIN, yog + NUTS + more pear, couple of segments of Tiny Orange
Afternoon tea: STOLLEN
Dinner: mashed potatoes (with skin) and parsnip (without) and WHOLE GRAIN MUSTARD, carrots (with skin), leeks, KALE, veg sossij
Pudden: LEBKUCHEN
Out of this lot the only things that have not been forbidden to me for the better part of a week are yoghurt, tinned pear, and well-cooked peeled parsnip. I am so much happier good grief.
