In theory I'm getting e-mailed a copy of my receipt (the till was closed when I went in, despite having been assured on the phone that the shop would be open for another hour). As and when that happens (or on Tuesday, if it doesn't) I'll be writing back to go "um, the hard drive you originally supplied me with had Win7 on, the one you just supplied had Vista, what the actual fuck" -- but on the upside, reinstallation has gone relatively smoothly this time! The main remaining sharks are "can I face trying to get my tabs off the dead drive"!)
