Make it very clear that this is a request for a reasonable adjustment under the Equality Act and a go/no-go issue for the WCA (my first WCA stalled at the office door for lack of the requested adjustable seating).

Thank you for the advice! Was firm; will be firmer closer to the time if necessary. Apparently they did definitively receive my ESA50 on the 9th of September, and it's entirely normal that I've not received an appointment letter yet (or confirmation that they received it...).
