Totally! I got in the habit of making ta da lists back in the day when I
felt like I was getting nothing done with two little kids in the house. It
made a huge difference in my perception of how I was doing and getting
feedback from other people (who weren't my husband) was enormously helpful
as well. It was/is hard for him to see all the things I've managed to
accomplish in a day (much easier to see the things left undone). I think
that's true for ourselves too. We tend to focus on what we didn't get to
and judge our day/selves by that. Celebrate your achievements!
