[food] amaretti

Today I have been tidying up the kitchen some, by which I mean "making a batch of black sesame ice cream", which meant I had egg whites that needed using, which is why I finally got around to making amaretti.

I am very happy with how this recipe turned out! New favourite thing to do with egg whites.
