Oct. 23rd, 2021 11:48 pmIf all goes well, this time next week I'll be settling down to sleep in the no-longer-mouldering ancestral pile.
I have not stayed anywhere overnight since the 5th of March, 2020. I have been gently fretting about how to write a packing list (and especially how to write a packing list when the place I'm going isn't actually furnished yet, so I need to bring tools and cooking equipment, and also this is my first overnight trip since I started having regular migraines, and if I'm really lucky I won't have an active migraine while we're driving down--) when there appeared, on my facebook feed, a screenshot of a tweet:
