One of the snails A accidentally brought home because Pretty, on the core of the bell pepper from yesterday's dinner. They do this glorious thing where they sweep their faces back and forth, gently grazing all the while, and in this instance it has eaten its way into the core of the bell pepper and just voluntarily put its head back in there to continue monching. (LISTEN and you'll HEAR the SNAILS go MUNCH, thank you Roald Dahl...)
At the allotment, as discussed on Sunday, I accidentally disturbed a plant full of snail babies. Herewith two photos of the one I was fondest of. ( Read more... )
