1) I now officially and unambiguously meet all possible diagnostic criteria for chronic migraine with no arguing about edge-cases. Annoyingly, the migraine that started on Monday has persisted until today; Tuesday and Wednesday my R2 was 0.91 (2sf), but it's now back down to 0.90. Ah well.
2) I am not supposed to be taking painkillers or other acute relief on more than ten days per month. As of 5 pm, I had taken acute relief on 8 days in March. As of 5.30 pm, I had taken acute relief on 9 days in March, and good grief but I am feeling markedly less wretched. Maybe I will even be able to sleep reasonably tonight! That would be nice.
