Place into a pan:
Heat. Consume.
- Some apple juice
- ~2 star anise/l juice
- ~4 cloves/l
- ~3 allspice/l
- ~4 whole black peppercorns/l
- Some nutmeg
- Some cinnamon stick
- A Bayleaf
- optionally: some orange peel of some ilk (most recently we used a quarter of a scraped-out Seville orange, and it was great)
- optionally: some juniper
- optionally: Some cardamom (probably no more than 1 pod/l, slightly squished)
Heat. Consume.
