So far I'm at "I can get dahl started in it and it'll be done by the time I've reasonably-rapidly got the other curries made", which is super useful! And, apparently, I Can Be Bothered To Cook Dried Beans. (So the black bean soup is on the list to do, as is sweetened red bean paste for BOBA, which I made a couple of times the long slow way five years back and ABSOLUTELY cannot be bothered with again.)
