You are honest and up front about what you are going through, and willing to ask for help, and I wish I were as brave as you asking for the things you need.
The joy and energy you put into and get out of swing dancing is delightful to see!
And you keep putting one foot in front of the other, minute by minute.

You are a complete treasure in my life and I am so so glad that we got to know each other all those years ago and that we've had so many adventures and fun times since.

I love your enthusiasm for things, notably swing dancing, and your way of looking at the world.

I have reveled in your joy in fun clothes, music, dance, language, travel, and other pleasures. I'm glad for every time we've gotten to converse and I'm grateful for the help you've offered when I needed it (e.g. volunteering to help that intern with her English, cautionary advice about health issues and mood). Thank you for being, thank you for being you, and thank you for sharing.
