Specifying pronouns is optional! Nobody has to in order to participate, but people do have to be mindful and respectful when talking about others :-)

I admire your determination to be truthful and kind.

There are some people who think about things a lot, like how to best live their life and how to contribute to the world and how to take pragmatic steps to make things better. And there are people who savour everything and fling themselves into projects and experiences with enthusiasm and excitement. There are few who do both. You are one of them.

Also, I'm really proud of you for the particular change you've made in the last three years. That's a hard one. You're doing it with grace and panache. How else would you?
