I treasure your supportive presence. I will never forget that you asked me if I would like a hug after a particularly difficult panel session at a Con Which Shall Not Be Named (that I'm not sure anyone else recognised was difficult for me). Honestly it was the best thing that anyone could have done for me, and you nailed it. <3

In general, I admire your thoughtfulness and compassion on a wide variety of subjects.

Specifically, I think the work you have put into the Better Binder Project is excellent, and I think that documenting as you go and (eventually) making the plans public is likely to lead to a bunch of people having access to what they need.
