The way you view the world is really compassionate and open, especially considering some of the shit you've been through and the level of burnout you currently have. I also desperately cling to everything you say about how valuable it is to be a mentally ill therapist and how breaking down the Us Vs. Them mentality in behavioral health is profoundly positive for the world.
I also have been absolutely delighted to share a fandom with you recently: everything from watching Flashpoint together to not!ficcing to sharing headcanons to just reading what you write.
(Also, you would not believe how many times at school I have repeated something I learned from you, with a "I have a colleague in Alberta who is a trauma therapist, and she says..." Guaranteed way to make a class discussion better.)
