Tomorrow I am intending to do (some combination of) this.

blanched almonds
brazil nuts
sweet potato, mashed
leeks
fennel?
apple, grated
carrots, small chunks
parsnips, likewise
vegetable (or possibly Marmite) stock
all of the herbs and spices (some combination of paprika, rosemary, pepper, cinnamon, plus STUFF)

... cooked together into a nut-roast-y thing.

I am making this up as I go along. Other suggestions gratefully received, excepting that I'm deliberately avoiding tomato; cooking by consensus is fun!

Well, *I* liked it, and I was the only one eating it :)

It ended up having chestnuts and walnuts in as well, and not carrots; the parsnips got mashed up with the sweet potato; celery instead of fennel, but it went well with the roasted fennel.
