1. I have taken to posting my todo/tada lists as do-not-display-on-Reading-page, e.g. today's, largely out of fear of being tedious/clutter/etc. However every time I link to one comments end up being made on it, ergo:

One of the people I holidayed with this year had a menagerie of pets, verging on the frustrated farmer wannabee level. They didn't keep rabbits though, that would be far too normal, they kept hares...

I have no feelings on the matter of the poll - I don't really ever read any of the todo/tada posts that crop up on my rlist, but at the same time they don't bother me there either.

I seem to be the only person who has click "yes", so, er, yeah, I don't usually expand them unless they have lots of comments, but they wouldn't bother me if they were expanded (& also I don't think bothering random-internet-person or not should really affect your decision so maybe I shouldn't have clicked anything anyway but poll buttons yknow)

The poll was there precisely so I could gauge who'd be interested in what; if I'd had only a few "I'm interested"s in the face of a lot of "yes" I'd've probably started having them show up on reading pages again because given they're always behind cuts people can scroll easily enough :-) I basically just wanted to know if it was going to be a unanimous or near-unanimous please-for-the-love-of-Pete-keep-hiding-them!

I do not find such things to be tedious or clutter, but I also don't demand them being on my reading page? basically "whatever makes you happiest/most comfortable is equally fine to me."

I look at other people's t*d* when my own is feeling short (or if there's a lot of comments, which is a "worth reading" signal for most of my DW). I scroll past them when it isn't (or there aren't).

Do whatever makes /you/ comfortable, this is your space. :)

I clicked the Something Else, Will Explain in Comments, just to be different, so I suppose I should explain in comments.

I think the answer is 'Whatever makes you most comfortable', but also want to add that I don't find your lists tedious. I do mostly skim them (again, not tedious, just I can rapidly find the bits that catch my attention), but they're a quick precis of how you're doing, they occasionally mention stuff where I find myself going 'Ooh, I must look that up, how come I've never heard of it?', and on the personal neurodiversity level I've also found them really useful from the 'What, you mean I'm not the only person who has trouble with that?' perspective.

I do often click when I see them, but if you feel like they are more for your own benefit thant for sharing, that's your call.

5 create the "todo/tada filter"
