I have been contemplating the merits of getting here is temporarily who I am etched upon my flesh somewhere, but actually the more I think about it the more I think I want an engraving or woodcut of Westminste Bridge as synecdoche.
Anything pre-1862 is the previous bridge, rather than the current (its having seven arches being rather the point -- and not, as I typoed, the pont). My options (as picked from the gov't art collection) seem to be an 1895 engraving from Larive & Fleury; oooor the 1895 engraving, pretty much. So *chinhands* and I will think about this more, but.
(Probably on a hip??? Probably??? Alternatively I suppose it could be an arm-band to match who only by moving can balance/only by balancing move...)
