• probably a general wander around the Tate Modern? I'm increasingly clearly Into modern sculpture and am trying to clarify my tastes further
  
• I am caving and buying myself a membership to the Natural History Museum; anyone want to be got in to any of the exhibits there? (Probably going to see the Natural Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibit - until 31st August)
  
• ... which means I'm also going to want to go see the Coral Reefs exhibit.
  
• and I'm going to see Much Ado at the Globe on the 7th of September with me_and (if anyone wants to join in groundling-ing)

It's open until 6pm every day EXCEPT that your visit coincides with August's Late! So we can go in the evening.

Ah! Cool ^_^ I really love gradient yarns, or faded blues/greens - anything that works with red-brown hair. I... will measure my skull later on because I just put my hair in a bun and I am interested in seeing how long it stays that way ^.^;

Hmm. I'll be right by London Victoria train station (goog office), but I don't know which way you're coming from? Might make most sense to meet at the museum. What sort of time were you thinking?

Yes, sorry! Tube strike cancelled makes everything easier. I'm coming from Baron's Court (two stops the other side) so it's very very easy for me to get to the musem; we can either meet at South Ken station a little before the Late is due to start and get food, or meet by the Exhibition Road entrance and queue-jump via the magic of my membership? Doors open at 18.30 (and we're turfed out again at 21.30, at which point we could get food instead if you wanted a later dinner, or we could eat at the cafes in the museum, ...).

By default given I'm not sure what time you'll be done at work, I'd suggest meeting at the Exhibition Road entrance at 18.15ish and taking it from there?

I'll bring along a handful of my admit-one-guest tickets for the various ticketed exhibitions!

I finish work When I Feel Like essentially, but 5pm is totally reasonable for me to leave, so a bit earlier is fine if you'd like to food? My eating preferences are 'food (shrimp is not food)', so any eating place you pick should work for me ^.^;

SHRIMP IS INDEED NOT FOOD, so let's meet at the top of the steps out of South Ken at 5.15 and then go get food? There's a bunch of tapas/sushi/crepe/etc places around so we can see what we feel like at the time :-)

The NHM is almost entirely free, but the rotating special exhibits have an entry charge associated with them.

Oooh I want to go to Kew sometime? Have only been the once w/my mom (when magnolias were blooming *__* -- wouldn't mind going to see ginkgo stuff turning yellow). & also I would love to see the wildlife photog exhibit -- tho would have to be last half of August, b/c moving this week, then a week later going on holiday. >_< (... MUCH ADO IS MY FAVORITE. FAVORITE FAVORITE FAVORITE. (i find it odd how much i love branagh's and whedon's movie versions, which is to say, both quite a huge bit and also somehow equally, probably because they are so very, very different.) It's like the one regularly-performed Shakespeare that I've never managed to actually see a stage play of though. SADNESS. SUCH SADNESS.
