kaberett... as distinct from your blue-eyed boys feelings, which is my actual main fandom; by which I mean I am as I have mentioned in a few places getting around to watching the canon that forms the basis for the thing and, well, I'm really sad at the moment, and apparently this means I am watching the first boxset twice (or at least am watching TFA and Avengers twice). ERGO. AVENGERS FEELINGS.
Fury having the moment of "IS THE SUN UP? THEN PUT IT. ON. THE LEFT." He values his boys, he does, but sometimes he is just going to get very very frustrated with them.
Tony eventually hitting the moment of self-awareness on the helicarrier wossname! "... a monument built to the skies with his name o- sonuvvabitch." WELL DONE TONY YOU GOT THERE EVENTUALLY YOU ARE OCCASIONALLY SELF-AWARE.
IN RELATED TONYFEELS NEWS (and I think I need to make it clear that the only reason I am even capable of Tonyfeels is M's fic, okay) -- so he starts out the film being all "wtf why is this dude Phil his first name is actually Agent" and then when he's picking the fight with Loki is all "You pissed off somebody else, too. His name's Phil." And the bullshit about 12%, an argument to be made for 15; and about how come nobody else did the homework; and the egregiously rude "thank fuck someone I don't have to explain myself six ways from Sunday to" with Banner. And the bit where he hacks the fuckin' SHIELD jet over Stuttgart to play a really obnoxious tune and then calls in "Agent Romanoff. You miss me?" YES TONY THANK
Have I mentioned around here recently that one of my childhood crushes was the Hulk? One of my childhood crushes was the Hulk. "I'm always angry" BE STILL MY BEATING HEART.
Oh Fury you are such a fuckup but you... I want to say you love 'em? But you don't, do you, you are just absolutely fucking committed to your job and they're a tool. They're an excellent tool and you'll take care, but. But. Wow.
"Suit up." Just. The entire concept. I have feelings about it. And especially feelings about the bit where Steve looks to Natasha for confirmation that Clint's good to go.
The Hulk doing the thing where you grab something's head and pull it sideways to change its direction (this is legit how you deal with horses, at least some of the time.)
Ugh. Their ridiculous faces. Their going for shawarma. All of M's fic. Yes. Thank you. I am deeply embarrassed at myself for weeping over ridiculous superhero movies (where weeping over M's fic is obvs fine) but. yes. yes good.
