I very much liked it, while simultaneously thinking that it had the seeds of a much better story hidden in it.

I am pretty damn sure it is short for Ganesh i.e. a god. (Which... is actually a massive plot hole in addition to being racist, because we've got good documentary evidence of how Earth religions arose which means they couldn't plausibly have been seeded along with humanity (and, okay, I'm not going to TOUCH the fact that spacepeople apparently killed off the dinosaurs and then waited sixty-five million years to introduce hominids, like that's anything approaching sensible resource management), which means that ???? weird shit is going ON with respect to how the fuck calling a character that is even supposed to make sense.

Oh, yikes, Ganesh, sitting right in front of my face, sorry. I got lost in some other word Nesh which is some kind of slang that stretches back to Saxon days and had nothing whatsoever to do with anything here.

The event horizons on some of the plot holes in this thing are large enough to swallow a couple of pocket universes. I couldn't really figure out how any of the seeding planets/turning people into magical fountain of youth juice worked. I suspect it's because it's poorly thought out in the script. Or I blinked/yawned at the wrong moment.

I am in love with the notion that bees are magical royalty detectors. Bees love me. I am space princess?
