Sure; and indeed the way I work out whether it's right yet (and what needs editing) is by seeing how it feels to say; but I feel like I also do a lot of typographical shenanigans I've no idea how to accurately read aloud without the text in front of the intended audience? At least in part because at least some of the time I deliberately use indentation etc to make shapes on the page, so.
