[healthwork, footnotes] ... huh
Dec. 3rd, 2020 11:54 pmFirst appointment with physio for this ankle was on the 12th of November, where I got given a few exercises to do that (left entirely to my own devices) seemed to be making me worse, not better.
I had my first in-person appointment on the 24th of November (and the next is coming up on the 8th, next week). I've been doing my exercises... somewhat desultorily, but having been told I have Too Much Range Of Motion and to Put Some Back I have not continued fucking up my knee with them...
... and I realised yesterday that my ankle is obviously improving. Both in that it's much less crackly when I rotate it (it's almost feeling more stable than my left ankle at this point, in that respect, despite not having actually injured my left ankle!) and the puffiness is even going down! I am proper impressed and very grateful. (And intending to start doing the exercise I've been doing right-foot-only with my left one, too. >_>)
