Adam is curled up on the floor most (probably) of the way through setting up his New Toy: a 3d printer that was delivered part-assembled on the 24th, shortly before we headed off to my parents'. Yesterday evening (after we'd got home) and tonight (after work) the enrichment in his enclosure has been happily bimbling through constructing it.

I meanwhile have been curled up on the sofa catching up on Maggie Stiefvater's Dreamer trilogy: I apparently read the Raven Cycle in 2019, which means the whole entire trilogy came out since I last paid any attention, which is probably for the best because I would be Indignant and Frustrated had I not been able to steam through the lot of them all in one go. I am about a fifth of the way through Greywaren and enjoying myself much more than I expected to.

Also I have been gently contemplating further experiments with puff pastry, and having another round of playing a lot of Net, and generally failing to get around to setting up my notebook for next year but enjoying being quiet and comfortable.

I was frustrated, earlier, that on a Stupid Little Walk I discovered the reason I hadn't been hurting much for most of the day was that I'd mostly not been moving, much. I was delighted to subsequently discover that actually the stent-related pain is markedly less bad today.

Tomorrow's bread (I make it; I demand specifics of what to make from Adam; he requested sesame) contains an experimental tablespoon of tahini, and a fair bit of spelt flour. I am looking forward to trying it.
