Reading. NeuroTribes, Steve Silberman, about which I have A Number Of Thoughts. Possibly I will even get around to writing them down.

Writing. The Book document: now at 514 words, most of them headings, but I have thrashed out a bit more structure.

Watching. Dead Boy Detectives S01E04. (It is bedtime so I am not going to yell here further much except to say good GRIEF the Cat King has resulted for the first time in my life in my understanding what people mean when they refer to some actor or another as A Potato. I understand that this is actual acting and I admire the craft even as I want to be Nowhere Near It.)

Cooking. braised chickpeas with summer squash and pesto!

Eating. RASPBERRIES. FIGS. BLACKBERRIES. PLUMS.

Growing. Have removed So Much Bindweed. Also the greenhouse aubergine isn't dead. Also got the surviving beans to climb some bamboo a bit.

Observing. Parakeet! Cosmia of some ilk (unsure which, did not take photo for subsequent consultation). Bat!
