This journal ends up being a bit of a mix of Srs Business (rants; things I've learned from counselling; &c), fannish & scientific joy, linkspams, poetry, & misc life updates. I tag fairly compulsively, though not always helpfully; I use content notes; I have written up a cast of characters; I aim to maintain this as a safer space, and appreciate (but do not expect!) call-outs when I mess up.

I like it if you introduce yourself when you subscribe, but it's definitely not required. Probably 30% of this journal is access-locked; I give access very readily. Fanworks are always public; AO3 is the canonical place to find my list of works. I'm very happy for you to link to anything that's public, and I'll be even happier if you let me know you're doing it. :-)

I can't log in with my openid any more[1] and I wondered if you would care to add my dw instead?



[1] I don't know, I get an error, apparently it's LJ's fault, I thought lots of people would get the error and it would get fixed but it's been months and it hasn't so.

Hi, I seem to be doing things sort of backwards, with actually introducing myself last. I'm honestly not sure how exactly I found you, probably through recessional or maybe star-anise or a comment somewhere, but I found your journal since I've been trying to be active on DW since the tumblr exodus, especially since I was only on the periphery of tumblr fandom (I didn't have one, I just looked through other people's for interesting things). My blog is a completely random mix of things that I feel like talking about, and I am planning to do some kind of Year in review post or something. I write and read fic, love reading, love learning things, knit (not as much as I'd like), hang out on the internet (probably more than I should) and stuff. I'm also at college which is occasionally somewhat ~interesting~ due to ADHD brain, and I love dragons
