small (delightful) botanical confusion

I have managed, by dint of growing Orange Banana tomatoes this year, to Confuse The Adam.
Specifically: growing along and over the garden fence by the last bit of the trip to the allotment is one of the winter-hardy passion flowers -- P. caerulea -- that produces ovoid orange fruit 4cm long.
Adam's hindbrain imprinted on the Orange Banana hard enough that, upon walking past this particular passion flower bearing fruit, it helpfully informed him that These, Too, Were Tomatoes.
And. I mean. Having had it pointed out they... really are remarkably similar in terms of shape and size and colour! I don't think I'd have pattern-matched, but I am easily delighted and have been grinning to myself every time I pass them -- which I did anyway, because I'm fond of Passiflora, but now with bonus grin. :)
