• definitely still Migraine
• comparing last month's injection site with this month's: good grief, that... has actually scarred
• FINALLY remembered that the word I was looking for was "gelatinous"!!!
• booked to go into clinic next Wednesday for local injection of lidocaine + steroid targeting The Problematic Nerve. really I would much prefer either "repeat the loading dose of the galcanezumab" or "deep IM prochlorperazine", both of which we know my reaction to and neither of which come with a 1% chance of Bad Side Effects (the details of which I did not catch on the phone, and which I have not got around to reading the paperwork for, which I probably ought), but that would require me to be believed about what's gone wrong (and to be fair to them I can see why they don't believe me)

Good things: roast dinner followed by Cartmel sticky toffee pudding. Put some fountain pen bits and pieces up for sale in one of the UK communities and they are steadily being spoken for (... though this does mean I need to actually finish packing the parcels and get them out the door). Comfortable clothes. Warm blankets.
