Things I am currently eating lots of

Pasta of some description (I am going through a fettucine phase).
Juice and zest of up to half a lemon, depending on how many people.
Olive oil.
Black pepper.
Tinned artichoke hearts, chopped.
Parsley, if there's some to hand.
Dollop of cream cheese, if I feel like it.
I suspect black olives would also go well.
Butterbean salad.
Stale bread, cubed.
Lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, coriander or parsley.
Tinned butterbeans, rinsed and possibly halved.
Tomatoes, chunked.
Celery, sliced thin.
Red onion, ditto.
Tinned artichoke hearts, ditto.
Cheese, cubed, usually blue or feta.
Perhaps cucumber.
Stew.
Green stuff: some of celery, leek, fennel, onion.
Orange stuff: carrots, sweet potato.
Carby stuff: pearl barley, tinned butterbeans.
Saucy stuff[1]: tinned tomato, veg stock, smoked paprika, garam masala.
