ten good things
Apr. 15th, 2022 11:59 pm- TWO bats. :D TWO BATS AT ONCE.
- Also no migraine today! I spent time outside in the sun!
- Including: broad beans at the allotment continue coming up; onions also cheerful; cherry finally blossoming; Ribes various increasingly enthusiastically green.
- Bonus almond croissant for second breakfast. &tl;3
- Wearable device meant I got to observe a clear cyclical variation in my resting heart rate correlated with my menstrual cycle; the Internet meant I could look it up and establish that this has been attested in the literature since about 2016.
- I LEARNED MORE DISCORD KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS. I am particularly pleased to have the ones for Moving Between Channels and Scrolling To The Oldest Unread Message.
- We got in from our morning's activities, ate lunch, looked at each other, and Retired To Bed For A Nap (not a euphemism). It was lovely.
- While I was potting up tomatoes this afternoon, I got to watch a bee bomble its way around the blueberry flowers.
- IKEA has provided: more shelving for the garage, and a step stool for the pantry.
- Easy dinner: I cooked extra potatoes & carrots yesterday, so once we'd decided it was Food Time all we needed to do was microwave them. (I had abruptly got hungry and fretful, so. Big gratitude to yester!me for this one.)
