[migraine] a small wailing

I have an appointment with the complex headache clinic. In mid-July.
The letter was accompanied by a small pile of paperwork, almost all of it asking for information I've already given them, and including two separate but almost identical headache diary sheets that they appear to want me to fill out both of, for no clear reason.
(There is also some gendered language around periods I need to send in a chirpy complaint about, so that's definitely helping my mood.)
The letter is, however, strictly an appointment letter, and does not include the write-up of my appointment at the end of January! Which is frustrating because my GP isrefusing tonot comfortable doing anything other than increasing my dose of the preventative that isn't working before they receive that letter, so hopefully it will show up separately before my next (phone) GP appointment next Wednesday.
I have spent the afternoon sulking on the sofa instead of doing more greenhouse-wrangling, which I think was an appropriate choice in the circumstances. Tomorrow (or maybe even later this evening) I get to write the polite helpful e-mail asking if I can be kept in mind should any short-notice appointments come up, particularly as they already have over 13 months' headache diary from me, and also are they aware that this language on their paperwork is suboptimal :))) and I am glad we already gave up on the meal plan and ordered misery pizza yesterday because now we get to finish that off tonight. Along with the rice pudding, which is excellent comfort food.
