i've only met them IRL once (and they were very friendly to a random friend of a friend who was feeling a bit nervous and overwhelmed at a big noisy gathering - and spoke thoughtfully about all sorts of things including shared health/disability issues) Online i find they are deeply thoughtful, generous with their ideas and support, funny, interesting about many subjects particularly cooking and ROCKS. And they do many things that make the world better place
