I have no idea what happened to the root parsley and parsnips I also planted -- absolutely everything in the root veg bed seems to be either beetroot or purple carrot...

We have not yet actually eaten them! But we are going to have a Tiny Roast tomorrow, is the plan. (We'd not have been eating dinner until unacceptably late had we started it when we got home from Errands this evening, but hey, we're all set now...)

Obviously all the best vegetables are the Wrong Colour. :D
