This reminds me of the Borg approach to diversity (add your distinctiveness to our own, and by so doing, overwhelm and engulf and erase you) and how I tend to stick out (like a sore thumb, like a tall poppy, like a dragon in with the socks) in large-corporate environments that like to do that. So it's good to see that this tendency does some good in the world.
