kaberettI am applying to The Snowdown Awards Scheme for part-funding for the Alber e-motion wheels I hope to get to accompany my wheelchair. They'll make a massive difference to my life - going up slopes, or along cambered surfaces, is currently very hard work. While this will change as I improve my upper body strength, what won't improve is that fundamentally an entirely self-propelled chair is sooner-or-later going to knacker my already dodgy wrists.
In order to make this application, I need a personal reference from someone who's known me for at least 3 years and isn't related to me -- and, in a fit of great competence, I need it by about the 30th (deadline for returning the forms is the 31st). It basically needs to be a few hundred words on the subject of I'm Lovely, I'm A Good Student, and I'm Ill And This Affects My Studies, as far as I can tell.
If you'd be willing to do this please drop me an e-mail or leave me a comment, and I will attempt to be useful and let people know when (if!) the job's been claimed.
