For this you'll probably want to get in touch with RGK directly and ask them about shipping you out a pair -- they usually run to less than £100 IIRC but it's been a while since I did this.
RGK are likely to want to know the chair frame number, to make sure they ship you the right parts: it might be on a sticker somewhere on the bottom of your chair, or it might be written somewhere on the upholstery. I'm unfortunately also not managing to turn up anything second hand -- sorry!
