[meds log] More on mirtazapine

Seems to be resulting in needing a solid 12 hours of sleep at the moment, which is a little inconvenient but workable with. As of today, have started aiming to take it at 10pm rather than closer to midnight to see if that helps any (i.e. is it a time-after-taking that I can wake up at, or is it actually amount-of-sleep?).
Still generally aware of being background hungry, but less pressingly so (and nowhere near as bad as sertraline).
I seem to be needing to take more care over hydrating, but I can't tell if that's directly linked to meds or not.
But, like, the main thing is? Here's what I got done today:
That's... a whole bunch of pretty stressful e-mail that I just Dealt With. I'm really fucking impressed. (And what that list doesn't tell you is that I decided I was having chilli-garlic sweet potato wedges and nutmeg-thyme-cheese souffle for dinner, and emptied the dishwasher, and did the washing up. And that I read some short fiction. And that I sent an Amnesty e-mail. And that I read more novel.) Yeah.
