Finishing up week 2 of 100mg sertraline. Even with 10mg of temazepam + 25mg amitriptyline in my system, it's taking me well over an hour to get to sleep from lights out, even with sensory deprivation of the earplugs-and-eyemask variety; without temazepam it's routinely taking me upward of two hours. This is partly because every single joint and most of the muscles from the waist down just hurt and it's impossible to get comfortable (this is true on every single surface I have tried; several beds, beanbags, sofas, etc). And then I'm waking up at 6am, every day, absolutely reliably, and struggling to get back to sleep, and this is hellish and I am giving it one more week and then I am done with it.

(The nausea abated after day 4 or 5 and I can eat again, thank goodness.)

And my PHQ-9 score is back up to 21. Thiiiiiis drug is not cutting it, I'm taking an SNRI instead. Seeing my GP again on the 3rd.
