kaberettMy current favourite way to do hot chocolate: dark chocolate flakes of some description or cocoa or whatever (I am currently working my way through a tin of Charbonnel et Walker donated to the cause by evilsusan), hazelnut milk, a slug each of ground cinnamon and ground allspice.
