... dinner tonight was brown rice with salted butter stirred through it; curly kale fried in butter & garlic; red onion and medium-sliced courgette fried in olive oil with a little chilli and maple syrup; avocado and lime juice; tiny tomatoes that were reduced in the supermarket (okay I maybe hovered for them a bit); and a punnet of British strawberries.
