appt with nurse which failed to deal with my ears AUGH but:
- scrip for sodium bicarb ear-drops acquired
- appointment for a second go at them made
picked up post from downstairs
sorted out e-mail etc etc
phoned the police to report wallet lost in the hopes it'll show up with them (only took FOUR ATTEMPTS AUGH)
hunted down an e-mail address for the DWP
- e-mailed them a "I'd like acknowledgement that I'm appealing your decision about my DLA, per the letters I posted you two weeks ago" message
found an irrelevant but interesting review paper (from this year!) on diamond formation

I'm sure I got it from somewhere else, maybe even the dreaded Flylady. But yes, making a list of things done - tada! - is way more motivating for me than the endless todo.
