... oh wow, really one of those days. Have lost my wallet. Cards cancelled, loss reported to police; here's hoping it turns up and my replacement cards don't take _too_ long to get forwarded from Cambridge (AND I DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THE HASSLE OF GETTING THE NAMES ON THEM RIGHT AGAIN). Aaaaaaaargh. Completely my own fault, is the worst of it. :-(

(What isn't my own fault, but also isn't helping, is the bit where my period has chosen RIGHT NOW to start, as evidenced by the fact that I seriously contemplated screaming for a bit when my lower back caught fire.)

Every mention of your plants reminds me of home, and my mom's tiered tabletop garden. I can practically smell the wet soil and the damp leaves.
