Three-month follow-up appointment was on Monday: I get another six months of drug, and should continue to provide diaries (albeit less by way of diary than I'm going to be keeping for my own purposes).

I was sufficiently anxious about all of this (plus phone call) that I failed to ask about: adding anything else on to deal with the three or four "... hmm" days per month; referral back to a pain clinic to discuss pain management.

And I keep bumping into things that make me realise *how* ill I was for most of last year. This evening it was "spending a couple of hours pootling around at the allotment": today I got ~750g of jostaberries and another ~250ish of raspberries, with many more kilos (at least of the jostas) to come.

Last year I got about 250g jostaberries total, and the rest rotted on the bush.
